- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Ability to prioritise workload and balance various different tasks at once
- An understanding of radio and digital media
Job description
This role will include:
- Office administration
- Managing transmission times for all agencies in their required format
- Team Diary management
- Managing, developing and implementation new administrative systems and implementing policies to increase client satisfaction
- Start to finish management of all client queries and issues
- Maximising efficiency and ensuring client satisfaction is a number one priority
- Coordinate incoming invoices and managing the day to day running of the office
